dropped conductor.build. Token overhead wasn't worth the one-click worktree setup. building my own orchestration setup with CC.
started compressing photos on-device in fyberbuild before they touch the queue. surveyors upload hundreds of them from the field - network usage down more than half. The basement doesn't have bandwidth to waste.
